The website FILP.TV is owned by airpim S.r.l. with registered office in via Per Marco, 12/D - 38068 Rovereto (TN) - Trentino Alto Adige – Italy and its partners (hereinafter "FILP" or “THE FILP TEAM”). The principles on which we want that your Privacy shall remain so follow:

Collection and Use of Information: Personal data collected through the registration procedures for services offered by this site and related sites will be recorded on paper and electronic databases owned by THE FILP TEAM. Security Measures: airpim has taken all adequate security measures to protect the safety and integrity of data during their treatment, has drafted a policy document on Safety (DPS), in compliance with the Italian legislation on Privacy, (Legislative Decree 196/2003). It is certified that airpim uses secure servers, cabinets with safety locks, criteria of authentication and authorization information technology, procedures designed to restore data in case of damaging events to them.

12. Protection policy for children and minors under fourteen: THE FILP TEAM aware of the dangers that can be hidden in the web world, closely follows the development of new laws to protect minors and children. THE FILP TEAM does not collect personal information from children under 14 years and encourages parents to network with their children on the Internet, to educate them in the minimum security measures to be adopted on the Internet. Among these, is key not to provide their personal information without the supervision of a parent or an adult on behalf of their parents or by the minors' court. In case we find that a user is under 14 years we shall see for the immediate deletion of data and report the incident to family or authorities responsible.
